Online purchases on haiven.com are charged in UAE dirhams. Card and supported wallet payments are processed through Telr’s secure hosted payment environment. The price and currency displayed at checkout are the price and currency shown on the transaction receipt. Any equivalent shown in the customer’s card currency is determined by the card issuer.

Orders & payment confirmation
Product descriptions, prices and AED transaction values are displayed before payment. After checkout, the payment result is shown immediately on the confirmation page. Customers should retain their order number and transaction record.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide to supported destinations enabled at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated before payment. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days; arrival varies by destination and shipping service. Tracking after shipping provides the carrier’s estimated delivery time. Electronic or signed confirmation may be retained as proof of delivery.
Returns, refunds & cancellation
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be requested for a change-of-mind return within seven days of delivery, subject to the return policy. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping and receive the product amount only. Haiven covers faulty-item return shipping. Cancellation before dispatch receives a full refund; after dispatch, the returns policy applies. Approved card refunds go back to the original card. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy & card data
Haiven does not receive, store or pass on full debit or credit card details. Order and contact data are not sold, rented or leased and are handled only for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. Reasonable safeguards are used, although no online transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Eligibility & account security
Persons under 18 may not register or transact on the website. Haiven does not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
UAE law & policy updates
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Purchases, disputes and claims are governed by UAE law. Website policies may be updated from time to time and become effective when posted; linked websites maintain their own privacy practices.
