Haiven General Trading LLC owns, maintains and operates haiven.com from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to this website and purchases through it. Read them alongside the Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Products and orders
Review the product description, specifications, options, price and availability before placing an order. Product-specific information and any written commercial terms supplied for your order should be reviewed before payment.
Haiven sources and supplies products for businesses and private clients. Sourced, customised, wholesale and special orders may have separate procurement, preparation and delivery conditions. Contact order support if a condition is unclear before ordering.
Payment and currency
Online purchases on haiven.com are charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Card and supported wallet payments are processed through Telr’s secure hosted payment environment. Available methods are shown on the secure payment page and can depend on your device, bank and card.
The price and currency displayed at checkout are the price and currency shown on the transaction receipt. Your card issuer determines any conversion into your card currency and any issuer charges. Keep your order reference and transaction record, and follow the policies applicable to your order.
Eligibility and account security
Persons under 18 may not register or transact on haiven.com. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep your account credentials confidential.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Review the delivery information for your order and the Delivery Policy. For a return, refund, replacement or cancellation request, contact fix@haiven.com and review the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund. After dispatch, the returns policy applies. Approved card refunds go back to the original payment card.
Restrictions and governing law
Haiven does not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. Products and services available for online payment must remain within the company’s licensed activities. Applicable export and import restrictions also apply.
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Purchases and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with this website are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Website policies may be updated from time to time and become effective when posted. Review the policies applicable to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
