Who handles your information
Haiven General Trading LLC operates haiven.com. This policy covers information used when you browse the website, make an enquiry, use an account or place an order.
Order and contact information
The website asks for information relevant to enquiries and orders, including contact details, delivery information and order details. Order and contact data are not sold, rented or leased. They are handled for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Card payments
For Telr payments, full card details are entered on Telr’s hosted payment page. Haiven’s checkout form asks for order, contact and delivery details, not your full card number or card security code. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords by email, WhatsApp or an enquiry form.
The payment providers involved have their own terms and privacy notices. Haiven uses order and transaction references to identify and support purchases.
Browser storage and third-party services
Checkout automatically saves entered form details in this browser so they can be restored on a later visit. These may include your name, email address, phone number and delivery details. Avoid entering personal information on a shared device. You can remove saved details using your browser’s site-data controls. Read the Cookie Policy for more information about browser storage.
The website uses Webflow hosting and commerce components, Memberstack account functionality, Google advertising tags and Google Maps on the Contact page. Stripe scripts and frames are also loaded by the website’s commerce components. Checkout is configured to use Cloudflare Turnstile security, and card entry for Telr payments takes place on Telr’s hosted payment page. These services may process technical information such as browser, device, network and page information under their own notices. This list describes identified services and is not a complete map of all processing or transfers. Security and requests
Haiven takes reasonable steps to protect information through technical and organisational safeguards. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
