Yes. Send an exact product-page link from any website that delivers to our Dubai facility. Dubai and UAE listings usually reach us sooner; an overseas seller’s delivery to Dubai adds to the total time. Product acceptance and import conditions apply.
What should I send to get a quote?
Send the live product-page link and quantity for each item. Choose the correct seller, size, colour and model, and add any variant details alongside the link. We quote the exact items you select; a description or screenshot alone cannot replace a product link.
How do I pay?
Your quote and payment are in MVR. Review the delivered quotation, then use the payment instructions provided to approve your order. Haiven handles the purchase and the rest of the journey.
How long does delivery take?
Published estimates are 2–10 days by air and 15–70 days by sea, counted from receipt at our Dubai facility—not from when you submit a link. Your quote confirms the applicable service. Seller delivery, controlled items and the service conditions can affect timing.
Is there a minimum weight or a consolidation wait?
No minimum weight is required. Dispatch begins once goods are received in Dubai, without waiting to combine your order into a larger batch. Standard air freight is charged per gram using the higher of actual and volumetric weight; sea freight is charged by CBM.
Where do you deliver?
Currently Malé and Hulhumalé, Phases 1 and 2. Doorstep delivery applies to retail, non-bulk orders and buildings with lift access. For buildings without a lift, collection is at ground level.
What about medicines or a delivery delay?
Prescription medicines and supplements have different rates, prescription requirements where applicable, and regulatory approval conditions. Eligible delivery delays receive freight charges back as Haiven Account Credit—not a cash refund. Regulatory delays for controlled items are excluded. See the full conditions below.

These conditions apply to haivLinks quotations and delivery. Benefits and timelines are subject to the final quotation and the conditions below.

Delivery timeline & dispatch
All delivery timelines commence upon receipt of goods at our Dubai facility. There is no minimum weight requirement. Dispatch begins once goods are received.
Dangerous Goods (DG)
Timelines and rates differ for Dangerous Goods (DG). Applicable details will be communicated at the time of quotation, prior to payment.
Air-freight chargeable weight
For air freight, volumetric weight is calculated as (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000. Chargeable weight for air shipments is determined as the higher of the actual (gross) weight or the volumetric weight, based on the final packaged dimensions and weight.
Sea-freight calculation
For sea freight, charges are based solely on the final volumetric measurement (CBM).
Delivery-delay credit
In the event of a delivery delay, only freight charges are refundable as Haiven Account Credit. All other costs—including customs duty, GST, clearance, handling, storage, inspections, and local delivery—are non-refundable. Delays related to regulatory review, inspection, approval, or clearance of prescription medicines, supplements, or other controlled items shall not constitute delivery delays and are excluded from any freight refund eligibility.
Prescription medicines & supplements
Prescription medicine & supplements delivery rates differ from standard rates and require a valid, recent prescription where applicable. Availability is subject to stock in Dubai, UAE at the time of inquiry. Import clearance is subject to regulatory approval.
Retail consignments
Doorstep delivery services are currently limited to retail, non-bulk consignments. Customers placing bulk or commercial orders are required to contact the relevant sales department for tailored handling and preferential rates.
Building access
Doorstep delivery is currently available only for buildings with lift access in Malé and Hulhumalé (Phases 1 & 2). For buildings without lift access, customers are required to collect items from the ground floor.

Force Majeure: Rates and transit times are subject to revision due to war, airspace closures, carrier disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
