*All delivery timelines commence upon receipt of goods at our Dubai facility.There is no minimum weight requirement. Dispatch begins once goods are received.
*Timelines and rates differ for Dangerous Goods (DG). Applicable details will be communicated at the time of quotation, prior to payment.
*For air freight, volumetric weight is calculated as (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000. Chargeable weight for air shipments is determined as the higher of the actual (gross) weight or the volumetric weight, based on the final packaged dimensions and weight.
*For sea freight, charges are based solely on the final volumetric measurement (CBM).
*In the event of a delivery delay, only freight charges are refundable as Haiven Account Credit. All other costs—including customs duty, GST, clearance, handling, storage, inspections, and local delivery—are non-refundable. Delays related to regulatory review, inspection, approval, or clearance of prescription medicines, supplements, or other controlled items shall not constitute delivery delays and are excluded from any freight refund eligibility.
*Prescription medicine & supplements delivery rates differ from standard rates and require a valid, recent prescription where applicable. Availability is subject to stock in Dubai, UAE at the time of inquiry. Import clearance is subject to regulatory approval.
*Doorstep delivery services are currently limited to retail, non-bulk consignments. Customers placing bulk or commercial orders are required to contact the relevant sales department for tailored handling and preferential rates.
*Doorstep delivery is currently available only for buildings with lift access in Malé and Hulhumalé (Phases 1 & 2). For buildings without lift access, customers are required to collect items from the ground floor.
*Service coverage is currently limited to Malé and Hulhumalé (Phases 1 & 2).
*Force Majeure: Rates and transit times are subject to revision due to war, airspace closures, carrier disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
