Tend recommends to slowly start incorporating the therapy into your at-home routine at your own pace, and work up to 10 minutes on each pain area gently press massaging with the device.
If the tendon is close to the ankle of knee joint, gently work Tend along the edges of the tendon close to the joint, while working closer to gently press and maximise effective vibration.
