Launched on September 2022 with mega features, competing with smart devices of camera, iPhone 14 is marketed as a power house. With the ground breaking safety features that’s marketed as to save lives, one of the powerful new elements in iPhone 14 series is the emergency SOS via satellite. One no longer need cell services or wifi in situation of crisis or of you are stranded in the middle of no where, iPhone 14 enables you to make the emergency services text via satellite. Another strong features are crash detection and calling emergency for help when you cannot make the call and the “action-mode” for videography for smooth hand-held clips. With all this being said, lets dive into the phone’s pros and cons.
PROS
  • Powerful new safety features such as emergency SOS via satellite and crash detection and calls for help when you cannot.
  • Action mode for smooth hand-held videos.
  • A slight improvement in battery life.
  • Camera upgrade and enabling photography in low-lights.
  • Upgrade of the Chip to A15 & A16 Bionic chip.
  • Smart display and always on display.
  • 48MP Pro Camera system
  • Dynamic Island is clever and innovative
  • New Deep Purple introduced.
CONS
  • Expensive. 
  • No USB-C charging.
  • No improvement in battery charging which is 20W
  • Still the telephoto camera is not that great in low-lighting.
  • Battery life is only 1 hour longer than iPhone 13 Pro Max in iPhone 14 Pro Max, hence no significant improvement in battery life.
  • No improvement in the design, still features similar design to its predecessors. 
  • No top notch video recording, only 8K recording.
